I met up Francisco in front of the Royal Exchange at the end of the afternoon, he just came back from Germany and we exchanged opinions about such country, we agreed that it feels different there, like more relaxed. We ended up going to Bricklane, Vibe to be precise, where we had a beer outside and then because the temperature dropped down, went inside. The usual stuff in there (Franc loves Stella, I Staropramen); it wasn’t that crowded until a guy started singing without any help of samplers or computerized sounds some cool music which didn’t cause any impression on my friend, however a dozen of chicks jumped to the stage and the atmosphere changed dramatically. Anyway, before that we talked about professional growing and the steps we’ve been through so far, from catering jobs to office ones and the difficulties of being a foreign in this country; the other topic, German cars (Porsches).
He's going to take some German lessons which are the sort of stuff I would like to do, so I might enrol as well in order to improve my command of such language. Afterwards we had Indian curry at my friends’ place on Bricklane; as usual they give me the set menu even though it was almost 11pm – meet samosas and lamb curry with nan and Cobra beer, my choises.
Almost forgot, Manuel, the Argentinean, has invited us to his exhibition at the ArtSpace Gallery, 18 Maddox Street Mayfair, London, W1S 1PN, near Oxford Circus; looking forward to passing by.
