Motivation, a model

Explanation:

1. Goal
2. Reasons
3. Plan priorities
4. Work with others
5. Self-belief
6. Personal responisibility
7. Measurable results

This is perhaps one of the most valuable models we've studied this week, it’s about how to achieve short, middle and long term goals. Basically what you need to do is setting up a goal, writing down the main reason why you’re pursuing such goal and the plan priorities. Then balance all the seven points and if you are consistent you’ll be able to reach it.
I’m not saying that Porter, Mintzberg, Ansoff, Henderson, etcetera, aren’t important, but their models and theories tend to become boring, whereas this triangle is a more touchable tool for us as a human beings.
